The ever resourceful Zsa Zsa has managed to come up with the original TIME Person Of The Year cover, before the neo-con stooges in the TIME editorial suite were got at by Bush administration fixers.
Here also is a link to the reasoned, balanced and coherent website of the artist responsible for bring the true image of these baby bayonetting bastards.
Thanks also to Indymedia, for having the courage to publish this fine work.
(So much for their servers overloading- they must have found silicone that doesn’t react to shit).

The Propaganda News Network reveals what has made the compulsive liar and tousled haired pillock that is John Pilger; be prepared to be shocked.
I always thought he talked like a cartoon vampire, but on seeing the evidence, I’m a believer- in fact I should have said torked; maybe we should run him out of town, preferrably on the last train to Clarkesville.
The arrest of Saddam certainly made Pilgy-poo look like a bit of a monkey.

It’s sad when news like this is almost good; Popeye and Olive Oyl are back on Monday on JJJ’s breakfast show.
Usually at this time of year, we have a brief respite from their inanity, editorialising and recycling of John Howard gags; a few brief weeks of being stuck in peak-hour traffic listening to music rather than unfunny flap-doodles giving vent to whatever enters their empty heads, but not this year- ABC management saw fit to replace the two second-least funny people in Australia with the two least funny, thus making the return of the regular seat-warmers seem like a bonus.
It seems hard to believe, but here’s a woman who makes Susan Sontag and Germaine Greer seem hilarious- Terri Psiakis is an appalling oaf with a miguided belief in her own wit and jocular abilty; it seems it is only shared by those who have too many manners to tell her to shut up and get a job at K-Mart; great raving radish Justin Hamilton also seems to have a strange confidence in his own hilarity- perhaps if these people actually performed in front of an audience who hadn’t had twelve bucket-bongs before the show, they would be pelted with vegetables (at least) or set on fire (if there is any justice).
Why does the ABC see itself as some sort of sheltered workshop for performers so bloody awful they can’t even get snapped up by Skithouse?

Here’s my nomination for best international blog- if for no other reason that it confirms every leftist’s sterotype view of the evil, inbred, violent and oppressed USA!
(Mind you, it looks a lot like Logan City, Mount Druitt, Dandenong and any other hillbilly heaven in this country- maybe we do share common values with the Americans, and boy howdy do I mean Common! YEE HAA!!)

Nominations are open for the first annual Australian Blog Awards, with many categories; unfortunately I can’t spot one for “incoherent gibberish” or “mindless villification”, so likely nominations for this pile of crap seem very thin on the ground.
Go over and vote for someone, even if you don’t like them- that’s what democracy is all about.
***UPDATE***Looks like al the nominees so far (except for Spin Starts Here) are of a decidedly idiotarian bent; better fix this disturbing trend.

Preferably during the opening credits; I know you get a bit desperate for entertainment this time of year, but there has the be a limit.
I sat through a movie featuring possibly the stupidest car chase ever featured in a film; two goombahs in some Detroit Chrome Mountain (I think it may have been a Lincoln Town Car), chasing two galoots on Ducati 916 Supersports (pictured above), and keeping up.
They should not have been able to keep pace in a parking lot, let alone on a dual carriageway; a goddam Ferrari Testarossa would need Michael Schumacher driving to get a look in, unless the Dukes were being ridden by thalidomide victims, members of a Lawn Bowls Club’s Ladies Auxilliary or some dribbling seatbelt nazi from Mothers Against Drunk Driving.
This was the most glaring bit of stupidity in an otherwise idiotic waste of two hours of my life; the title of this travesty? Fled.
Excellent advice- I wish I had; they did give you some warning, however- the movie featured a fucking BALDWIN!!!

Andrew Bolt’s annual review of media mistruths features such luminaries as Phillip Adams, Pilger, Bob Brown and assorted ABC gobshites; strangely missing is the lovely Margo Kingston- perhaps his yardstick does not cover works of fantasy.

I’ve never been bothered by patch clubs in the past, but the sight of this vicious hood sends a shiver down my spine.
With no regards for scruples, ability or honesty, this dangerous thug plans to not just ride in and take over a town, she intends to do it to a whole nation.
