Memo Scott Kinnear (Greens candidate in the Victorian elections); if you REALLY want to make a point, and get some media attention, don’t chain yourself to a logging truck, chain yourself to a log being fed into a woodchipper……………………

Those Krazy Kidz from Freinds of the Earth are organising a “Give it to Me,Big Boy!!” rally for Saddam in Sydney on Saturday; they have the added attraction of John Pilger to entice all you little tree-pixies, greenhouse goblins and flat-earth fairies; I would love to attend myself, to give Pilger the welcome he so obviously deserves, but Airport Security won’t let me on a plane with a bucket of shit…………………
Anyone who can get there, and heckle Pilger,go with my blessing……………….

Several pundits have passed comment on the decision of that old bat in Perth to top herself- whos business is it, besides hers?
I can think of several cases where euthenasia should be compulsory; and not only should abortion be legal, it should also be available retrospectively. In fact, I think I might go after Bob Brown with a coathanger right now…………..

I find myself in the dismal position of defending the Miss World contest- it may well be a flatulent and fatuous waste of time, but if the boiler-suit brigade, as represented by such cuties as Germaine Greer (shudder), Glenda Jackson (choke) and Kathy Lette (gag) think it is a BAD thing, then it must, logically, be a GOOD thing.
If the choice is listening to the brainless waffle from beauty show contestants and the brain-dead drivel from ageing (and boring) feminists, I’ll take the flibertygibbets anytime- at least you are unlikely to be turned to stone looking at them (although it is possible in the trouser department).
As for nuclear waste, I’m hoping that one day Kathy Lette (and even more hopefully, her idiot husband) fall in a vat of Windscales’ finest. (Second thoughts- it may result in a Kathy and Geoffrey of Godzilla proportions- God help us all).

Bob Brown (Meet the Press, Ch10 Sunday 11.30am) what more needs be said? Bob looked like a cross between a kangaroo that has just been spotlighted, waiting for the .308 to enter its skull; transfixed by the camera, Bob also looked like he had just discovered that the lentil and zucchini vindaloo he had last night was NOT such a good idea- he had that particularly pained expression found when someone discovers they are touching cloth in a public place.
For once, MTP wasn’t giving any leeway, either- surprising seeing the couple of rottweilers on hand to deal with Bob; Peter Charlton from the Courier Mail, and some female I have ever heard of.
They actually asked Bob some HARD questions, and he squirmed like he had just found the turtles’ head.
Bob then admitted that Greens’ policies had never been costed, an were unlikely to ever be implemented; this after a statement that they were a viable third party, with good prospects in the Victorian state election.
Bob has a worse media presence than Pauline Hanson- he also sounds a lot like her.
The only vote gains made by the Greens have been at the expense of the Democrats- the dingbat vote hasn’t expanded, just been lured to another shiny object.
Bob, you do more good for the Liberal party than a busload of ACTU delegates driving off a cliff into an orphanage.

The weekend Australian had a feature on Julian Burnside QC, and his vacuous and stupid clothes-horse of a wife; they seem to sum up everything that is wrong with the left in this country.
A pair of wealthy imbeceles who never quite got over their undergraduate idiocy, they blather about the poor and downtrodden whilst waltzing around their mansion swilling chardonnay- classic Toorak Trotskyites.
Burnside uses public funding through legal aid to push his own guilt-driven barrows; at least ambuance-chasers such as Slater and Gordon make no pretence of occupying the high moral ground (except when persecuting tobacco companies, because it helps the case), but pious turds such as Burnside QC slurp up limited public legal funding to generate a warm inner glow for himself and a small number of like-minded idiots.
A pox on him, and al of his ilk; especially John Dowd, the Supreme Court judge who made a complete tit of himself on Lateline last night, defending the idiotic submission from the Internatational Commision of Jurists on proposed anti-terrorist legisation- the dickhead should be bounced off the bench for making political statements while a serving judge. Besides which, he proceeded to contradict the statement throughout the interview. (The only way he got on the bench in the first place, it seems, is through his connections with the Labor right in NSW, the same may be said about Burnsides’ silk, but this of course is ONLY CONJECTURE).
I would not want this pontificating idiot deciding ANYTHING to do with my future. Even the silly sod who appointed this nincompoop to the bench (Bob Carr) has bagged him; there seems to be an endless supply of these fools; what we need is a bottomless pit for the endless supply- perpetual motion in action……………….

What a trifecta of tedious and turgit twats, (or a quinella of querrelous quislings, if you include John Hewson) we were presented with by the media over the weekend.
Hewson doesen’t really count, as he was just doing an infomercial, trying to flog some rediculous rubbish disposal system which is entirely reliant on the ratification of Kyoto to be saleable.
The look on Tony Jones’ dial (Lateline, ABC, Fri 22/11) made it all worthwhile- Tony the Trot looking goggle-eyed at some of the unmitigated gibberish coming out of Pilgers’ gob, and having to correct him several times on obvious factual errors, was music to my ears (and eyes).
It has me buggered how Pilger still attracts media attention (and funding), as he is clearly demented.
He constantly confused dates, times, locations and people- clearly showing signs of Alzheimers.
At one stage, he had the Taliban being feted in Texas in 1966- I don’t recall the Johnson administration having much interest in Afghanistan at the time, being rather pre-occupied with a little punch-up in a place caled Vietnam; also, the current Nabobs and Poo-Bahs who run the Talibs at the moment would have still been swimming around in their fathers’ bollocks in Pakistan in 1966.
Unfortunately, this was one of the more coherent things he came out with- I don’t know if he an Tones blew a couple of cones in the Green Room before the show, or what- but Pilger was well and truly off with the pixies……………..
